divorce-living separately with my wife

i've been living seperately with my wife for 1and half years. During the time i approached for mutual divorce but she denied. Now, meanwhile as there were no one to look after my old diabetec parents, i had to marry another girl. now she is threatening me to file a case under 494 IPC and maintenance. we had a court marriage and have a son from our wedlock and he is living with me. Now what shall I do to escape from her all blames

It is dangerous to marry without taking legal divorce. To take legal divorce on any ground for the husband in India is very difficult. The only option available to you to pay some amount as alimony to her and get her consent and file mutual divorce petition.
