My contested div case under HMA 131a-b is in progress.My wife file the case and I don't want to give div.I can proove all the allegations made by her is wrong with solid proof.I came to know that if wife want div court cannot deny..is this true?

A.Dear client I am sorry to hear that. However, the court can undoubtedly reject the divorce petition by wife if she cannot prove the allegations raised by her.

A.Dear Sir,

Each case is a research paper for the judge and there is no jacket formula to decide the case. It seems you have a very good case and get the divorce petition dismissed. Further advised to file petition under section 9 of HMA Act for restitution of conjugal rights which supports your defense in divorce case.

Dear Sir,
Thanks for the valuable advise . I already file section 9 and last lokadalat she said she needs div from me. So next is.plantiff evidence stage.But someone tild me that if she still stick with her decision (even I have proof) court cannot force her and saction div decree.Is this true?
