Blank cheque and blank stamp papers given for loan

While taking loan for property, Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd has taken 12 blank cheque in favor of Aadhar housing finance ltd and 3 blank 100 Rs stamp papers with my sign (crossed line marked on them). I have closed my loan and they gave me only 3 cheque returned. They have not given me those stamp papers. What should I do ?

Dear client you need to send them legal notice through lawyer for return back your signed blank bond papers.

Give a legal notice for returning the Non-Judicial Stamp Paper. Contact a local lawyer from Vidhikarya

By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear sir if you have NOC of adhar housing finance ltd then no need. Stamp paper cannot return because they are becoming invalid . Once bank provided lone closer latter then bank cannot claim anything. You should take back only cheque
