Samne wale ne hamare pe cheque bounce ka case file kiya hai jisme uska khena hai vo hamse rs.6 lakh mangta hai lenkin hamari book of account mein asa kuch nahi hai hamne usse sab payment cheqye ki through hi kiye hai

You have two options. If your plea is not recorded by the Court then you can go to the High Court and get stay of the proceedings and afterwards quash the proceedings. Otherwise you have to face the trial and contest the case.
