Alimony / One Time Settlement Clause in Settlement Deed Alimony / One Time Settlement Clause in Settlement Deed

In the settlement agreement with the bride, we have inserted following clause in settlement deed.
The second party has agreed to pay INR 1.5 Lacs by Mode of DD as one time settlement / alimony which is acceptable by First party amicably

Can this be challengeable in court of law ?? Can more demand for alimony be claimed if annual income of groom is around 6 lacs and bride also earns around 2.4 lacs per annum
