Release deed valid or not - My grandfather has two sons

My grandfather has two sons .My uncle who is elder brother to my dad and my father have executed a release deed stating that my grandfather has died without any will or any written document my father has released his property rights by taking some cash This deed was registered in april 2010.
But my grandfather has died in the month of December 2010. I have my grandfather's death certificate which was dated 13 December 2010.The property was self acquired property of my grandfather who is the sole owner of the property.so my question is that registered release deed is valid or not. I was minor at the time of registeration and recently came to know about this deed by checking EC .can i file a criminal case on behalf of my grandfather against my uncle.My father is an alcoholic so my uncle used his weakness by just offering small amount.
