Brother sister dispute over house ownership. Whom to give rent? Brother sister dispute over house ownership. Whom to give rent?

I have taken house on rent from one 'brother' 2 years ago. Every month I pay him rent online. Recently 'his sister' apporached me and told that now onwards rent has to be paid to her as her father and mother passed away and as per her 'fathers will' this house has been given to the sister. But the brother is objecting this and telling me to continue paying to him. As proof of ownership the sister has shown me the Property tax book on her name and her 'father's will' document which she says is registered. But the brother is forcing me that such documents can be made easily and not to trust her. Both are not settling with each other but each is forcing me to pay to them respectively. I do not know what to do. I am telling them to resolve amongst themselves and let me know whom to pay but its not being reolved and each is individually forcing me to pay them. Please advice what i should do?
