Someone filed a case against me in Mumbai Court for Section 138 and 141...I attended first hearing...then on the second date our number was not called in the court...the date was 5th March.....then third hearing is on 9th March but unable to attend...what should I do now plz reply urgently...I am from Ranchi and case is in Mumbai

A.dear client You must have taken bail through an advocate, instruct him/her to file a dispensing application in your absence.

A.Dear Sir,
Since you had not attend the hearing date on 9th March the court must have issued non bailable warrant. you had to immediately engage an Advocate and file recall petition and had to produce sureties in the court or pay some fixed deposit as sureties in the court mean while go the High court and get the matter to be quashed.

A.You must appear in the court and if you are not able to then engage a lawyer from Mumbai who can appear on your behalf.
