The trial court passed a decree in favor of the plaintiff for the specific performance of the agreement and nullified the sale deed of the subsequent purchaser, however defendant not registered a sale deed and appeal against the judgment. Plaintiff filed an execution petition of the suit property but how does the court get the property registered in favor of the plaintiff when the registry is not canceled and the name is on the khasra (records) mentioned of the subsequent purchaser whose registry is nullified already and purchasor who even not added as party under the suit?
