Dear sir/mam,i want a maintanance from my husband for me and for my unborn baby,i want to live separately from my husband without divorce,but he is refusing to give a maintanance...if ill stay with him only he will give maintanance for us or else he wont,but i dont want to live with my mother in law.

A.You need to file a mantainance case against your husband with the help of an advocate for claiming monetary help from your husband to live your daily life in a separate accomodation... A.Respected ma'am,

Please know that you are entitled to mantainance. Yes you can claim maintenance without giving divorce. But based on your nature of job and financial status and other circumstances you are entitled to claim maintenance for your children. But we need to know the full facts of your marital cases and other pending litigation between you and your husband.
