To complaint against the 11kv electricity tower near my property

Dear Sir/Madam,
The electricity department has installed an 11kv electricity tower right next to my residential property in an well-flourished residential areas in my town Bargarh. I am exploring ways to complaint about this to the electricity department but am unaware regarding the proceedings and related rights.

Kindly guide me regarding the matter .That will be a great help from you.

A.You have a strong case to pursue and get compensated for the act of electricity department. There are rules which binds them and has specifications on erecting such towers. If they have flaunted those guidelines they you will certainly get the benefits or compensation. As suggested by senior lawyers hire a good lawyer locally and sue them.

A.Dear Client,
You must file a writ petition in High Court of your state bring the harm caused to your neighboring inmates about the installation of 11kv electricity tower and requesting the high court to give direction to Electricity department for removal of tower.
