Hi ,my name is nawaz ,my father is occupant of the land since 1993 the property was reservation in 1984 (as per architect subdivision layout)but as per dp plan 2034 land is residential plot ,as per tahlisildar the property is not slum so can I put my father name in property card and 7/12 by using limitations act adverse possession please help me out

A.Dear Client,
You have to reach to tahsildar office and ask why every year it is showing differently.
