Illegal trespassing regarding our Property

We have purchased a land about 14 years before from a person who had lived there since 30 years before. The Property comes under Panchayat and Revenue Department in Bangalore outside the limits of BBMP. We have Registration documents, Khata (form 11B), e-Swattu, and Tax Receipts. But, now a person has come to claim his rights on survey number. As per Mutation details, he has obtained Stays from Court and has the RTC (Pahani) changed to his name and it has been approved by Tahsildar. What shall we do now? Please guide us as we are unsure about the next steps.
