You are investing huge amount as such it is better to take all the relevant documents which will be in a booklet format and then go to any property lawyer to get full fledged legal opinion.

A.Without proper scrutiny of all legal documents related to the property you should not buy any flat in respect of that scheduled property. If all the relevant documents are legally valid and the seller has all the rights to sell the property then you can proceed further with proper documentation and money receipt.

A.Dear Client,
It is not recommendable for any lawyer to approve of the property documents without inspecting them physically. They might say that there are no disputes, but with your explanation, we cannot recommend you like that.
