Nomination or Will for under construction flat

I want to add my daughter as nominee in an under construction flat. The builder has only issued builder buyer agreement. Please suggest the procedure

If your flat is cooperative flat then you can add your daughter as nominee in the shares allotted to you otherwise there is no option to nominate person for under construction flat
