Can filing RCR against my Wife, help me escape Alimony ?

We got married 5 months ago. And my Wife left me just after 5 months returning back to her home. Saying she is not feeling satisfied here.
Now she is not responding to my calls, neither picking up calls of my parents. Neither my Wife's Parent are picking call to give update on How and where is she. Just once they called to say please leave her alone, and said not to call or message them.

I am thinking they are planning for divorce with the plan to get Alimony. Because they have already said before many times, they need money. Uptil now there is no Notice from them either for divorce OR anything. They have not done anything yet.

For safety purpose can i file RCR against my Wife to escape their plan for getting good Alimony ?

A.First of all you should a send an intimation letter to the local police station and its commissionerate office of yours as well as your wife's local jurisdiction stating all the incidents which took place between you and your wife since the inception of your marriage till date including the fact that your wife left your house on her own will and free consent. You should seek the help of an advocate for drafting the said letters and then you may file a matrimonial suit for restoring your conjugal life against your wife. Furthermore, if your wife files a divorce suit along with claiming for alimony then she must get the decree of divorce against you on grounds stating that the divorce has been granted due to your fault and wrongdoings. If it is proved that you have done no wrong deeds or faults then you may not need to pay any alimony. Moreover, if she is a working lady then you are not liable to pay any monthly maintenance to her except if you both have any child and such child is under the custody of your wife.
