From 2yrs onwards We are living separately after marriage.now my husband want divorce from me.is it possible to get divorce without my permission
Normally, without your permission and contesting the case no divorce can happen. But, be alert that your husband may give wrong address and get it delivered on wrong address or paper publication may be taken to get ex-parte divorce judgment.
He can file a contested divorce against you in the court of his local jurisdiction. If you do not come even after receiving the summons of such case he can get an exparte order.
You have to counter the divorce case and if you have enough reasons, evidences the order will be in your favour.

Your husband may file a contested divorce against you. in such case the court will send a summons to inform you of the same. if you accept the summon and go to court then you will get a chance to challenge the case. but if you accept the summon and decide not to attend the court for more than three dates then an exparte hearing would be done and an order to dissolve the marriage would be passed against you which means your husband will get a divorce.

A.It is not necessary that since you both are living separately from a long time so you have to give divorce to each other. If your husband is willing to give you divorce and you want to continue the marriage then I would suggest you that you should have a discussion with your husband sorting out all the misunderstandings and solving out all the disputes between you two amicably so that you and your husband can again live a happy conjugal life with good memories. But if the disputes are not solved then also and your husband files a contested divorce suit against you before the competent court of law then kindly approach an advocate for contesting the said divorce case so that the decree of divorce is not granted to your husband. Moreover at the same time you should also file a civil suit against your husband for restitution of conjugal rights before the competent court of law for safeguarding the marital tie and bonding with your husband.
It is not necessary that both the spouses have to agree to file for a divorce. One of them may file for a divorce without the others' consent if they are sure that they have strong grounds for breakdown of the marriage.
Hope it helps.
