Dissolution of marriage Dissolution of marriage

I am looking for an assistance on dissolution of marriage. We got married in Feb 2020 under special marriage act. as we were in relationship since 2012.
There was petition filed for dissolution in May 2021 for cruality, abusive marriage and spouse commiting infedility also sending intimate messages etc which were mentioned in last petition, but she asked for one last change and promised if I withdraw my case I'll not regret it, I was convinced and I withdrew the petition on Dec 2021.

Now, in Jan 2023 she mentioned she wont have kids and its her decision. Also, its not that she stopped speaking to one who she was sending or receiving intimate messages from because its still happening. I feel like I am wasting my time in marriage which is on her conditions and causing me sleepless nights and stress.

Also to mention, we bought a property together immediately afetr marriage in Aug 2020 as she insisted and she paid 1/4th of share and rest is loan on my name.

A.Dear Client
You can file a divorce petition, and where the property is registered as joint property, the woman has the right to claim a stake in the property in case of divorce. In line with the amount and percentage of the contribution, the court can grant her a share as a part of the divorce settlement.
Hope it helps.
