I have paid in full to the bank including the lawyers fees for withdrawal of the case
Bank manager also has confirmed that the case has been withdrawn thru SMS and telephone
But the ecourts portal shows that the NBW has been reissued with the comment "PO is on CL", what should i do

A.dear client in your case you have paid the amount you have to submit an application before the court. Please consult a lawyer for further assistance as because in these cases a well drafted petition will help you in all respects for the present as well as for future.

A.NBW is issued for your non appearance in the court .you should go to court and get new cancelled by filing application ..rest of your contentions will be pleaded later on

A.Get a letter from concerned bank regarding full payment of cheque amount with mention of cheque number and produce before the Court for compounding of offence for cheque bounce.and also file petition for recall of nbw if issued any

A.Sir,
If any case is pending before the court you have to withdraw it in the court only.Any out side settlement needs court approval.Better you have to approach the court .
