I'm srinivas working in Pvt company ..I took hand Cash loan with one money Leander...of 2.3laks ..past 2years I paid 8% interest every month ..due to lock down I'm broke everything I lost everything ...I paid as interst only 2laks ..due to heavy problem I can't pay interest some month in that also I paying him little bit .now he saying to give alll money now and also penalties like chakra interset and heavy interest ..I don't have single ruppe to pay him..he is harrassing me by calling my family and telling I'm coming with gundas and spoil ur family name ..and mainly I don't have any aggreement with him he is holding 3 empty cheques of me and saying I put 20lalks I put u jail and telling I will put ur name photo all over social media like that ..I don't know what to do . wheather I want die .myself..I need time seriously I cant pay interest ..I will pay principal amount but not in on shot like emi I can pay ..it he is harrassing me anything I can't work ..I can't go anywhere .I can't eat also..
See you are on safe hand, firstly you have to see that is he registered as a money lender as per law or not if he is then you can bring this matter to the court. Secondly if he is not a registered as a money lender running his business illegally then you can compliant to the local police station and it would be better if you take help of an Advocate for framing a formal complaint.

You have to lodge complaint with different authorities including police since he is doing illegal business.
