My wife is threatening me that she will sue me and my family members in terms of domestic violence. She is also blackmailing me that she will suicide and write my family members names on a letter. She is not stable mentally and a history of brain disorder since 8months. Now, she wants to go put a separate family with me and my kid which I didn't agree. She went out of my house threatening my family members and me that she will sue us. please advise on how we can proceed in this I have a daughter of 1 and half year old.

A.Dear Client,
As you said that your wife is having some mental problems so you can take her to the doctors for treatment may be she when she will get stable then she will be start thinking rationally. And you can also file a divorce petition in the court by stating the facts and mental illness of your wife and can ask for the custody of the daughter.
