Divorce and children custody Divorce and children custody

I went through donor IVF and have twins. My husband threatens me that after divorce he will take custody of both the children because he is biological father and I'm not biological mother. I earn more than him and can provide a better life to my children. Can I get custody of my children?

A.Dear Madam,
Both of you entitle for one child each. Since because he have a child through IVF mode and being a legal wedded wife cannot be denied custody of one of the child. File child custody case and fight legally because law has to be enlarged as per the new scientific and medical developments.

A.Yes you can get the custody of the child if the IVF procedure was taken up with the consent of both the husband and the wife since you both will be considered as the legal parent of the children
