Is small plants pots are allowed to place on apartments terrace?

A.dear client In the case of terrace, since the same is for everyone, then please refer the bye laws and in case they are not easily accessible then you may write a request letter to the secretary seeking permission.

A.A.You have not stated you have AOA or Society.depending upon ,The Bye-Laws or General Terms will apply.Terrace is used by other members also,it is better to take prior permission from the Concerned authority.

A.The answer lies in the fact that what kind of bylaws your apartment association has made. Usually it is allowed to have plants in the balcony but for the terrace which is for everyone I think the permission has to be taken from the Society.
