My husband filed divorce case in Madras High court, and after that i filed restitution case against it stating i will not give divorce, and after that i filed MC case for myself and my for my baby girl stating that i didnt have any job and plots/ land in my name but some somehow my husband found out that iam working and also i have plots in my name and same as been stated while he submitted his side notice. Please let me know how to tackle this, how to rectify this false information given from my end
