Can a married man stay in Live-in relationship with an unmarried girl ? Here married man had entered into a mutual divorce petition with his spouse but later spouse has withdrawn the mutual divorce petition. Now he (married man) will file divorce petition for separation. Now, please state is their any waiting period for stay in live after filing of divorce petition by the unmarried man. Also whether can live in partners can give birth children during live in period.

Live-in-relationship is not considered a criminal act even if the couple are married to different partners at the time they are living together. The respective spouses of the couple can file for a contested divorce but you are not criminally liable. It can only be grounds for divorce.
