Private property - I am owning a flat with open terrace
1 year ago
I am owning a flat with open terrace which I purchased from the builder but there are common water pipes across the wall of my open terrace. I am requesting the society to get the same removed . Is it legal ?
A.Dear Sir,
You have purchased the property accepting all the existing infrastructure and you are also accepted the existence of water pipes across the wall of your open terrace. As of right you cannot request the Society to remove the same but take the permission of the Society and remove the same at your cost.
