Pressure from Husband for Divorce

I have been married for 5 months now and my husband has sent me a legal notice on cruelty basis. My husband is good but he is highly influenced by his parents and cousin sisters. Not knowing what I have done, I have asked him for a chance for which he said ok and confirmed to go for a marriage counselling once he is back from work. However, once he was back when I have asked for counselling, he kept on saying that doesnt want to continue this marriage because I cry and fight. In in the interim when my husband went of out station I have been blocked by him no communication at all and his cousin sisters along with my husbands mother asked me to leave the house. Now, my husband father is going into the public and making false allegations about me stating that I am torturing them to give me money which is not true, I am torturing them by crying and fighting. this has sought an immense mental disturbance on me and my husband is not even communicating with me now but now my husband has also started to do false allegations about me.
