A QAZI CAN ISSUED CERTIFICATE WITHOUT APPROACHING LADY WITHOUT HER NOTICE BEHALF OF HER, HER HUSBAND CREATE A DOCUMENT WITHOUT HER WIFE SIGNATURE.QAZI CAN ISSUED THAT TYPE OF CERTIFICATE
A.Dear client,
You can get Khula from any qazi who is nearest to your present residence.
While a wife has the right to seek khula without the consent of her husband, a husband may attempt to deny her request for khula. However, it's important to note that a husband does not have the right to unreasonably deny his wife's request for khula.

A.Dear Client
To my understanding Khula is something which is initiated by the married woman, the wife and the husband has to accept it or give consent to it. If the Kazi has done this without your knowledge then you must challenge it in the court of law.
