A.Dear Madam,
You may file Divorce case on the ground of extramarital relationship by your husband. Normally, such ground is a valid and strong ground to get divorce with alimony.

A.Dear Client,
If a married woman wishes to seek a divorce from her husband, she can file for divorce under the provisions provided in the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, or the Special Marriage Act, 1954, depending on the nature of her marriage. Grounds for divorce may include cruelty, desertion, mutual consent, adultery, or other statutory provisions specified in the respective Act and Engaging in extramarital relationships or adultery, as per Indian law, can be considered a criminal act, and there may be legal repercussions for the parties involved.
