Right in my father's property
My father passed away in Dec 2016 without a will. But now my mother has come up with a will where my rights are discarded. I am the eldest daughter with 2 brothers and a younger sister. Can I challenge the will but I don't have the copy of the will. How can I get my legal right? Plz guide.
