Publishing the legal heir in newspaper Publishing the legal heir in newspaper

Hi There,

I would like to seek a suggestion regarding the below mentioned case..

We had a property in Srikakulam which is been given to my father by his younger brother as a gift deed. My father under the influence of Alcohol had signed an empty bond paper and white paper to an unknown person who is working as a clerk at an advocate. So I would like to know whether we can give a public notice in a local newspaper saying that buying of selling the property cannot be done without the involvement of my father legal heir's(me and my brother)? If yes kindly send me the matter that I can publish in the paper.

A.Dear Sir,
You can do that but in the meanwhile it is better to issue a legal notice and file a suit. You may contact any advocate through the administrators of this Website for preparing legal notice and matter for advertisement.

A.Sir, if you a legal claimant and the property has your share then as it is the property cannot be sold off without your signature or else by way of a NOC taken from you by the person who intends to sell it.
However, if you are of the opinion that someone might falsely sell off the property, then you as a legal heir have the total right to publish the same in the news paper so that whosoever buys such property knows about this public declaration.

Thanks
