A.Dear Sir,
You have to immediately take possession of the same and create more and more documents like taking loan on such property and also file a suit for declaration in your name and to cancel all the documents standing in the name of such stranger.

A.Dear Client,
If there is a doubt about your plot being a CNT (Chotanagpur, Tenancy, and Land Reforms Act, 1908) property in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, you should first verify the records at the local revenue or land records office to confirm its status. CNT Act typically applies to certain types of land, and it's essential to check if your plot falls under its purview.
If your plot is categorized as CNT land, it might have restrictions on certain transactions or development activities. However, the specific implications would depend on the details of the CNT Act and its application in your case.
To address this, consult with a local lawyer who specializes in property and land laws. They can guide you on the status of your plot, potential implications, and available remedies. If necessary, they can assist you in taking corrective measures or navigating legal procedures to secure your property rights. Verifying the records and seeking legal advice promptly will help you address any concerns and ensure clarity regarding your property.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
The Chota Nagpur Tenancy -CNT Act, 1908, is a land rights statute that was enacted to protect the land rights of Jharkhand's tribal population. The CNT Act is notable for prohibiting the transfer of land to non-tribals. The Act bars the acquisition of tribal land by nontribal people within their areas of Jurisdiction. Section 46 of the CNT Act, regulates the purchase of tribal land. It allows tribal-to-tribal land transfer with the prior permission of the Deputy Commissioner. Section 71A of the CNT Act authorizes the Deputy Commissioner to evict the transferee(non-tribal Purchaser) from such land and to restore possession to the raiyat if the transfer is being effected in contravention of Section 46 or any other provision of the CNT Act. A tribal can purchase land from a non-tribal person but he can not sell the property to a non-tribal person. Supreme Court rules that land belonging to SC/ST class can't be purchased by non-SC/ST( General Class/OBC class including company, society and corporations. You may consult the matter with a local Lawyer of Hazaribagh for further guidance and steps.
