I was married in2012 after 3yrs when I had a baby boy i got separated...now living with another person for 9 years ...and having 3 more kids....first baby us also with me.... is my first marriage still valid

Delhi High Court has said that anyone marrying a person with a child cannot be allowed to argue later that the child is not his or her responsibility.
“When a person solemnises marriage with a person who already has a child, the said person shall be presumed to have undertaken the responsibility of the child and also cannot later be permitted to contend that the child is not his/her responsibility,” the division bench of Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva and Justice Vikas Mahajan said. Therefore the child will be a valid child.
