Hello, can I sell my ews property to some one else ? Or their any condition exist some people say to me you can not sell until 5year complete
A.Dear Client,
Selling land or property allotted under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category is prohibited by law, particularly if the possession period is less than five years. Additionally, without obtaining a Freehold Certificate, such property cannot be registered in someone else's name. It is crucial to seek legal advice from a local lawyer by providing copies of the relevant documents before proceeding, and any actions should be taken based on the lawyer's recommendations.
