A.Dear Client,

Selling land or property allotted under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category is prohibited by law, particularly if the possession period is less than five years. Additionally, without obtaining a Freehold Certificate, such property cannot be registered in someone else's name. It is crucial to seek legal advice from a local lawyer by providing copies of the relevant documents before proceeding, and any actions should be taken based on the lawyer's recommendations.

A.Dear Client,
As per law, it is illegal to sell EWS allotted land/property, especially, if the possession period is less than five years.- Further, without getting a Freehold Certificate, this type of property cannot be registered in others' names. You should always obtain a legal opinion from a local lawyer by producing a copy of the documents and proceed only when it is recommended.
