ಸರ್ ನಮಸ್ತೆ.ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಣದ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ. ಮೋಸದಿಂದ ಖಾಲಿ ಚೆಕ್ ಪಡೆದು. ಚೆಕ್ ಬೌನ್ಸ್ ಕೇಸ್ ಹಾಕಿದರು. ಜೆ ಎಂ ಎಫ್ ಸಿ ಕೋರ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಣದ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಇಲ್ಲದರಿಂದ. ಕೇಸ್ ನಮ್ಮ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಬಂದಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿ. ನಮ್ಮ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ 11 ಲಕ್ಷ 25000 ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ಜೈಲು ಜಡ್ಜ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾವು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಯಾದ ವಕೀಲರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾವು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೂಲಿ ಮಾಡುವವರು. ನಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮಾರಿದರು. ಇಷ್ಟೊಂದು ದುಡ್ಡು ಹೊಂದಿಸುವುದು ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಪರಿಹಾರ ತಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿ
A.ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿ ಹಣವಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನ ಉಚಿತ ಕಾನೂನು ನೆರವು (Free Legal Aid available in High Court) ಪಡೆಯಿರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ವಕೀಲರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿ, 11 ಲಕ್ಷದ 25000 ವಹಿವಾಟಿನ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಕೊಡೋಕೆ ಆಗಲ್ಲ ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರು ಮೇಲಿನ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಯಾವತ್ತು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗೆ ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೊದಲು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಅದನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಓದಿ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ಇಬ್ಬರು ವಿದ್ಯಾವಂತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗು, ಇದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಅಂತಹ ದಾಖಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏನು ಬರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶವು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರೆ, ನೀವು ಮೊದಲ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ (FIRST APPEAL Karo) ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅದನ್ನು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಬಹುದು.
