A.Dear Client,
If the management committee denies providing you with the required documents, you should first formally request them to do so. This can be done through written communication, such as an email or letter, addressed to the management committee.
If they continue to refuse, you may consider serving a legal notice to the management committee, demanding that they provide the documents within a specified timeframe. The legal notice should clearly outline your request, the documents you are seeking, and the consequences of non-compliance.
If the management committee still does not comply with your request after receiving the legal notice, you may escalate the matter to the competent authority appointed under the state-specific Act governing the activities of the society or association. This authority may have the power to intervene and compel the management committee to provide the requested documents.

A.Dear Client,
Ask the management committee to provide you with the required documents. If they deny it, then serve a legal notice to the management committee failing which you may escalate the matter, before the competent Authority appointed under the state-specific Act that governs the activities of a Society or an Association for redressal of your grievance.
