Fake documents created and applied for mutation in municipality

In 1988 my mom and dad given land which is registered with my mom name.In the same year I constructed house& entered Gramphanchayat record on my name &paying tax from that day and Im living in it.Later my dad died in 1997.After I got disputes with mom&brother.Last year I did gift deed registration to my wife to apply for bank loan.Then my mom cheated sub registrar & did gift deed registration to my sister with land copy which is with her name &with fake created house plan of their own. And applied for name change with those documents in municipality.The municipal commissioner is over interfered and assigned house no. with h.no/a. How it is possible to him. They don't have any documents except their fake registration document. he prone them to occupy my house. Please help me out, How i can take action on him and complain to superiors

A.It is always better to send them a legal notice and asking them to comply and if they don't then you can file a civil suit against them.

A.Dear sir u can file complaint against them immediately or send legal notice through lawyer. Otherwise u can file complaint against municipal corporation & register & or Ur mother.
