Apartment - Common ares are misused and association not listening Apartment - Common ares are misused and association not listening

Dear Sir,
I have a Flat Bangalore, Karnataka. Which is in the First Floor and has its balcony opening towards a cut-out. This cut-out is comparatively big in Size, its meant for ventilation as per builder not a play ground. But families are sending their kids irrespective of timings and I am not able to live peaceful life at my apartment. We have got ample space for playing in our apartment.

I have taken this issue to my apartment association, however they are ignoring my concern. I have invested my hard-earned money and not able to lead a peaceful life at home after having a hectic time at office. Please help me.

Please advice me whether all the open area/cut-outs can be used for playing even if its is not designated for the same.?
How should I take it forward?
Can I send any legal notice to the association on this matter?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Regards,
Sreekanth

A.You cannot do anything if the passage etc are common to all. However if it is not then you can take appropriate remedy.
You can complain against the management for not letting you work.
Thanks
