Property distribution case
Currently We have the property distribution case going on and my father is one of five brothers. So case is to distribute the property 1/5 for each. But now we can see that my 4 uncles are trying to make an aggremnet where they will give my father only a part of property instead of 1/5 as per his right. But my father is not able to take any action due to his mental disability. Please suggest what action can I take.
My uncles warn us that they will make my father aggree for what they want to give.
Please suggest what action can I take.

A.if your father agrees nothing can be done, though, you can file an application stating stay on proceedings due to the mental health of your father, if you have any documentary evidence to prove your version regarding his health
