Can I register a plot whose new plot number is not correct in the internet record it's purchased according to old plot number which is correct and has a mutation which is also according to old plot number the khata number is same in both old and new survey can I register the plot according to the internet record and then file to amend the internet record?

If you can manage and convince the Sub-Registrar then you can register it.

A.There will definitely be A dispute if you opt for the same.
However, it is advisable that your get the proper numbers and also verify the same from the records. Get the copies from the registry office and trace out the history of the same from which you shall get a proper idea and then you can work accordingly.
