Planning to purchase a property which gift deed
Originally the property was allotted to person who sold to a lady who in turn gave it her daughter as a gift deed now the daughter is selling it
All khatha is available in 3 ie allottee then purchaser and daughter
What precautionary measures I should take before purchasing
