Hi Sir, kindly let me know whether a seller of house can give possession if buyer pays 70% of total sale price of the house.

A.Yes you can.
But it is always better to give possession after full payment.

A.In the perspective of the Seller, if the buyer occupies the house it will be very difficult to remove him from the possession. Therefore better not to give possession of the house until complete payment is made. In perspective of the Buyer, if the seller is willing to give away the possession of the house it raises a suspicion about the title of the house. Therefore, not recommended.
