I was building a house in my village but as the land of everyone is not registered legally, a person request a stay on my house in court claiming that we are building our house in his plot so what can i do now

A.File for vacation of stay and thereafter file a suit for declaration.

A.I suggest you to file a application for vacating stay as the interim stay can not be granted against a person who is in possession of the schedule property. Since you are in possession stay can not be granted.
