Land selling issue
My father died 2 years ago.. He had a property (land) on naxalbari area of west bengal (we stay in assam). We want to sell the property. We (mother, brother & me) are the only legal heirs. The problem is that in the land deed the name of my father and grandfather is written wrong. We already have an affidavit of executive magistrate of that area issued earlier declaring that the persons of this and that name are the same. But the authorized persons said that it will not be enough, some declaration deed is also required for naamjari process. What to do to solve the problem. Kindly suggest
