Typing mistake in registered will
My father wrote a will transferring one property on my name and that will was registered in registrar office. after my fathers death as per the will that property was mutated in municipal records records on my name and house number was issued and im paying the tax regularly. recently we noticed that there was one typing mistake. instead of typing as "plot no": 45 it was typed as "survey No": 45. now i want to sell this property. will this typo mistake make any difference while selling the property? how can this be rectified?

A.Hello,
You may get it validated by executing an affidavit. Since, all the municipal records and mutated records are clear, there won't be a an issue. However, to be on safer side, you may take the rectification steps.
Hope that helps!
Regards.
