What is the format of NOC for transfer of ownership flat? My cousin died and made me the beneficiary even though he has a brother abroad. I need an NOC from him. What is the format of the NOC which he has to make?

A.If property ancestral then he will need to present in person or if self acquired then no need to any such NOC . If you want it necessary then made affidavit
