I am staying in joint family with my parents uncle and aunt in Mumbai Maharashtra.uncle is having 3 girls all are married they are interested in property. Building is going for redevelopment and property is in the name of my aunt and she is ready to transfer in the name of me and my elder brother.

Or can builder change ownership with me and my brother name because after redevelopment for change in ownership we have to high charge kindly suggest me better option

A.Dear Sir,
Please enter into family settlement and with the consent of builder get change the name.
