If we have conditional lease cum sale agreement registered with BDA for the site allotted by them, do we have to still get an absolute sale deed from BDA after lease period is over and all conditions of lease cum sale agreement are fulfilled?

A.Dear Sir,
Depending upon the terms of the Sale Deed you have to get another absolute Sale Deed after conditions are over. You have to get a regular sale deed after expiry of the period mentioned in the lease cum sale agreement from BDA otherwise you may not get title in your name.
