Sir,i bought a property (dc converted in 2010) in the year 200,the said property was sold by sri Gangappa in the year 1987( this was mutated to Gangappa through panchayat parikath in the year 1967 from his dad) , Sri Gangappa sold the same land to Mr Subbaiah in 1987,Mr Subbaiah sold land to Mr.Kiran Reddy in the year 2004, then Mr Kiran reddy sold to Mrs Sapna Jain in 2005 , I purchased the land from Mrs Jain in 2006.The khata is in my name and also availed DC Conversion from agri to non agriculture.Now the dauaghters of Sri Gangappa who sold land in 1987 has filed petition for share in the property.They had not filed any suit untill 2006 on the previous 3 sale transactions that had happend ,The Case is filed in the year 2019.Is this admissable by court of law?what is the time period for claiming the property sir? Waiting for your kind advise. Thank you.
