Property/Family Property/Family

the family is Grandfather – Son (Wife, Daughter, and Son) – Daughter (Son) – Son.
C got divorced and came back home with her son. A & B worked really hard to support the family. In the meanwhile, grandfather distributed the property between A & B, as C was settled in her life and didn’t require any help. A & B were struggling so they both got equal shares.
Few years later, A, A’s wife and B got C married again. Gave good amount of money and gold and everything they could. But the second marriage didn’t work as well and she came back.
Now she and her son, started ruling on everyone. They made our life hell. Everything happened as per their will. A & B couldn’t do much and complied to everything she and her son wanted.
Grandfather died.
Now all the kids are grown up, C’s son in 32 years old. His father left him a house. He is earning well to support himself and his mom. So we asked them to leave our property and let us live in ours, as A’s daughter and son are also grown up and need space.
But C and her son are not ready to leave the premises. They have directly said that do whatever you can and they won’t leave.
What to do?
